Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Revo Proposal ("Service"), operated by Revo Proposal LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Revo Proposal is a software platform that helps commercial cleaning companies generate proposals, share them with clients, collect e-signatures, and track engagement. We provide tools — the quality and accuracy of proposals you send are your responsibility.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Send proposals that are fraudulent, misleading, or misrepresent your business
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the platform
Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically monthly or annually, as shown at checkout, until canceled. When you add a payment method during a trial, the plan and renewal amount are shown before you confirm, and billing begins when the trial ends. Cardless trials do not convert to paid plans automatically. You may cancel through Billing before the next renewal to stop future charges. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

Founder pricing. Founder is $29 per month, or the annual amount shown at checkout, and includes 35 proposals a month. It is limited to the first 100 accounts. If you subscribe while Founder is offered, you keep that rate and cap as long as your subscription stays active. If the subscription ends, Founder pricing is not guaranteed when you subscribe again. After 100 Founder accounts, Founder is no longer offered and Pro is the entry plan.

Price steps. New subscriptions use the public price for that plan when they start. Pro is $49 a month with 55 proposals. Business starts at $79 a month with 90 proposals. At 250 paid accounts, new Business subscriptions are $99 a month with 140 proposals and new Teams subscriptions are $199 a month with 280 proposals. At 500 paid accounts, new Teams subscriptions are $249 a month with 350 proposals. Yearly billing is ten months of the monthly price. Existing subscribers keep the price and proposal cap they started with as long as they stay subscribed. If a subscription ends, a later subscription uses the public price at that time.

Teams plan proposal cap. Teams proposals are capped each month and pooled across all seats in the company. The cap is the same whether you pay monthly or yearly. At the starting price, Teams includes 250 proposals a month. Later prices include 280 or 350 proposals a month. You keep the price and cap you subscribed at as long as the subscription stays active. Proposal creation pauses for the rest of the billing cycle once the cap is reached. We may review accounts whose usage appears abusive, automated, or inconsistent with normal commercial cleaning proposal workflows.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your proposal content and client data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service.

We also use anonymized, aggregated bid data — market area, building type, size, frequency, price, and outcome, never your client names, street addresses, or company identity — to power industry benchmarks and pricing insights across the Service. Benchmarks are only ever shown as aggregates drawn from multiple companies, so your individual pricing is never identifiable.

6. E-Signatures

Electronic signatures collected through the Service are intended to be legally binding under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and similar laws. You are responsible for ensuring your clients understand and consent to signing electronically. We store signature records and confirmation numbers but are not a party to any agreement between you and your clients.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate proposal text, pricing suggestions, and follow-up emails. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending it to clients. We make no warranties about the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated output.

8. Uptime and Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service unavailability.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before deletion, unless legally required to keep it longer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revo Proposal and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
