Terms of Service
Effective April 21, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Revo Proposals ("Service"), operated by Revo Proposals LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Revo Proposals is a software platform that helps commercial cleaning companies generate proposals, share them with clients, collect e-signatures, and track engagement. We provide tools — the quality and accuracy of proposals you send are your responsibility.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Send proposals that are fraudulent, misleading, or misrepresent your business
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the platform
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your proposal content and client data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service.
6. E-Signatures
Electronic signatures collected through the Service are intended to be legally binding under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and similar laws. You are responsible for ensuring your clients understand and consent to signing electronically. We store signature records and confirmation numbers but are not a party to any agreement between you and your clients.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to generate proposal text, pricing suggestions, and follow-up emails. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending it to clients. We make no warranties about the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated output.
8. Uptime and Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service unavailability.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before deletion, unless legally required to keep it longer.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revo Proposals and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
