Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Sign up, build proposals, and send them for 14 days with no card on file. You only enter payment details if you decide to keep going.

How does Revo calculate the price?

Revo estimates crew hours from the square footage, the building type, and how often you visit. Fewer visits mean more soil, so the same building takes longer. It then prices loaded labor, which is the wage plus payroll burden, adds supplies and overhead, and applies your margin. You can change the hours, the wage, or the margin before you send. You always see the price you will charge.

What does Founder pricing include?

Founder is $29 a month for the first 100 accounts. You keep that rate as long as you stay subscribed. It includes 35 proposals a month and the core walkthrough tools. The pricing section shows how many of the 100 spots are left. When those accounts are taken, Founder is no longer offered and Pro at $49 a month is the plan you start on.

What is included in each plan?

Founder includes 35 proposals a month. Pro is $49 a month and includes 55 proposals. Business starts at $79 a month with 90 proposals. Teams starts at $149 a month with 250 proposals, and the cap is the same if you pay yearly. At 250 paid accounts, new Business subscriptions are $99 a month with 140 proposals and new Teams subscriptions are $199 a month with 280 proposals. At 500 paid accounts, new Teams subscriptions are $249 a month with 350 proposals. The price and cap you start with stay yours while you stay subscribed.
